April Fool's

Every year my husband has been able to trick me and/or embarrass me with his pranks. Pranks from having me call the Mortuary asking for "Myra Mains" to convincing me that our new Excursion was indeed stolen by the guy who sold it to us and the police wanted to take the car as evidence in the case. Why do I always fall for it? Because most of the time I don't realize that it is April 1st and yes, I can be pretty gullible at times. Well, this year I truly thought that my sweet husband had totally forgotten about pulling a prank on me as I was getting ready for bed. I went in to use the bathroom and as I lifted the lid to the toilet and got ready to sit down, I saw something move in the toilet bowl! I gasped for air, automatically thinking of the TV show I had watched a few nights earlier about parasites and all the different types there are. I was truly frightened until I looked a little closer and realized there were mini goldfish swimming around in my toilet. I ran and woke up Lonney by pushing him and telling him he was a jerk for scaring me like that! He couldn't stop laughing...he thinks he is SOOO funny! There was no way that I was about to flush those poor fish while they were still alive. He told me good because Carli wanted to fish them out and keep them as pets...gross! Once again I was "punked" by my own husband. One day, one day and I will get him when he least expects it!
